Background and objective: Olanzapine is one of the antipsychotic drugs for the treatment of schizophrenia, but it has been noticed due to significant metabolic adverse effects, including the highest weight gain among all antipsychotic drugs.
Materials and methods: This study was conducted as a clinical trial on 120 patients with psychosis under standard treatment with olanzapine. The weight and waist circumference of both groups were measured before and after the study, and the effect of betahistine on the intervention group was compared to the control group. The study data were transformed using SPSS version 24 software and using statistical methods of analysis.
findings:
. The weight before the intervention in the control group was 66.3±10.88, and after the intervention it was 69.67±13.03, and in the intervention group, before the start of the study, it was 66.45±9.95 and after the intervention, it was 11.20. Waist circumference 68.16 ± 70.06 cm ± 12.63 ± 12.63 cm before the intervention in the control group and 71.55 ± 13.13 cm after the intervention and in the intervention group the waist circumference was 11.80 ± 11.80 cm. ± 68.26 cm and after the end of the intervention, 69.4 ± 12.70 cm was obtained.
Conclusion: At the same time as weight gain, olanzapine is prevented in the intervention group and there was no method to prevent weight gain caused by olanzapine.

Background: The second victim phenomenon is an incident that occurs after an adverse medical event; while the patient is the first victim of the incident, the nurses and healthcare personnel become the second victims because they feel ashamed after that. The present research aimed to investigate various dimensions of the second victim phenomenon among nurses in South Khorasan Province, Iran.Materials and Methods: The current research was a descriptive study. The sample selection method was multi-stage cluster randomization, including 200 nurses working in South Khorasan Province, Iran. The data was collected using a demographic questionnaire and the second victim experience and support tool (SVEST) and analyzed using SPSS version 21.Results: The scores of incidence of psychological distress (14.60), professional self-efficacy (9.42), supervisor support (15.97), institutional support (10.71), turnover intentions and absenteeism (13.35), non-work-related support (expected sources of support) (25.25) and the total score of second victim phenomenon (114.55) were higher than the expected average; but other scores including colleague support (8.56), family support (5.41), and physical distress (11.31) were significantly lower than the expected average (p<0.05).Conclusion: Medical errors cause negative emotional reactions and psychological distress among healthcare provideres turning them to the second victims of those errors. Timely and effective support from their institutions and other sources should be supplied in order to reduce the incidence of second victim phenomenon.

Background Considering patient’s experiences about non clinical aspect of health care services is now seen as a key characteristic of an effective health system. This study looks into the Responsiveness in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences, 2015.Methods & Materials In this cross-sectional and explanatory study, 189 hospitalized patients in Vasai hospital were selected using a stratified and simple random sampling. Standard Responsiveness Questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests and ANOVA by SPSS 16 at a significance level of 0.05.Results Access to the social support during hospitalization achieved the highest score while patient autonomy received the least score. There was a significant relationship between Access to the social support and patient’ gender (P≤0.05). Results showed significant differences between wards in this hospital and Access to the social support and Quality of basic amenities (P≤0.05). From patient view point the total score for this hospital was (2.43±0.60) that showed the moderate level of responsiveness. Conclusion More than ever trying to institutionalize the principle of responsiveness culture in this kind of training educational hospital should be regarded. In this way it could be helpful to design a new scientific approach to implement and evaluate responsiveness in hospital regularly. It also would be an effective way to design suitable guideline and checklist along with improve clinical governance and clinical audit

Background: Elderly patient's length of stay in hospitals is very important and similar research is low. This study was aim to determine the factors affecting on length of stay of hospitalized elderly Vaseie hospital in Sabzevar (2014) using numerical regression models. Materials: This study was a cross-sectional study for modeling of length of stay in elderly patients in Vaseie hospital during second 6 months of 1392 in Sabzevar. 3330 elderly were selected using convenient sampling and the amount of length of stay was considered as the response variable and demographic variables as independent variables. Count regression models were used to analyze the data at a significant level of 0.05 using SAS software (version 9.2). Result: The mean age was 74/2 ± 8/4, 50/3% were male and mean length of stay of elderly patients was 4/8 ± 3/5 days. Also according to the regression model, there was not a statistically significant relationship between length of stay with sex, but relationship between age with length of stay was statistically significant (P= 0/008). So that the number of hospitalization days were increased approximately one day for one-year increase in age. Conclusion: Since the hospitalization stay is a count variable, count regression models introduced in this study are functional and very suitable statistical models and recommend for similar cases.

Background: the influence of various factors on the strength and durability of the family, including the couple's consent this study examined has the effect of electrical training Quranic teachings on marital satisfaction in employees has Sabzevar University Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: The study intervention (before and after) on 32 married female employees of Sabzevar University Medical Sciences in 2013 years. Information was collected regarding marital satisfaction questionnaire and for data analysis used (STATA) software of version 11. .In all analyzes considered the significance level of 0/05and assumptions test is bilaterally. Used Descriptive Statistics for assess marital satisfaction and demographic and to analytically used to ANOVA test, of paired test and two sample test. Results: Participants were a mean age of 35±/85 in year.It was past Average number of years that the participants were married, 11/66±9/2 years. The average of Marital Satisfaction after intervention was increased 29/14 ±4/6. Average in all aspects of marital satisfaction was increased after the intervention than before the intervention. The distortion of diversion, marital satisfaction, personality problems, communication, conflict resolution, financial management, sex, family and friends, egalitarian roles, religious orientation, the mean was significantly than before the intervention. Conclusions: The results show the positive impact of e-learning Quranic on marital satisfaction on female employees It seems due to the increasing use of electronics and computers in today's society, E-Islamic religious trainings, can significantly impact the quality of life and health.

Background and Purpose: Cardiac catheterization is one of the most common diagnostic and therapeutic methods of cardiovascular diseases. The present study was conducted to determine the effect of guided imagery on patients’ anxiety awaiting cardiac catheterization.
Materials and Methods: This interventional study(randomized trial) was carried out on 62 patients undergoing coronary angiography for the first time in vasey hospital of Sabzevar in 2013. .In the case group ,guided Imagery method(a method of relaxation) was performed Information was collected via a State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and an anxiety standard questionnaire. Data analysis was done using SAS 9.1 and SPSS 16 statistical softwares.
Results: The average age of participants in this study was 57.06 ±8.9 years. 25 participants (40.32%) were female and 37 (59.67%)were male. in the case group , mean score of State-Trait Anxiety decreased significantly in comparison to the control one after the intervention. (p
